Dry goods are shipped out the following day USPS First Class Mail/ priority mail. We do our best to ensure that your product arrives safe and sound. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages by the USPS. If the package has been lost or has not moved in the USPS Network, the customer may request that we find the package, we will submit a mail search request form to the USPS. All efforts will be made to locate the package. WE WILL NOT SEND REPLACEMENT PACKAGES UNTIL USPS HAS HAD SIGNIFICANT TIME TO FIND THE PACKAGE. We will send replacement packages at our discretion only.
Any international packages are sent through the USPS and we cannot be held responsible for any tariffs or fees charged to you by your respective country.
